Self-Discovery
blind spots, growth, exploration
Tiny, incremental advances build the stepping stones to knowing oneself. It's easy to take the art of practising them for granted. After all, I am me—right? You are you. We are us. Yet it is in the very act of assuming knowledge of ourselves that our worldview is stifled. Inverse the question and it becomes clearer: what don't you know about yourself? That's where the gems lie. Beneath the blind spots, the mental barriers and the fears lie something else. To reach the other side, we must investigate. We must unveil our automatic selves and stare into the naked truth. The truth has always been there. It is simply a matter of discovering it.
